As a mumma myself, I know first hand about physical and emotional changes we go through during pregnancy.

I was lucky enough during (most) of my pregnancy to be able to practice yoga. I wanted to feel strong not only physically but mentally as well.

Though each trimester the body goes through such big changes, so the Saltbush Mumma Pre and Post Natal program was designed to empower you through all of these stages.

Lilly has created these pregnancy safe recipes so that you are nourishing yourself and your growing baby.

The program is broken down into:

I find that the post-natal period I find just as important as the pre-natal. After your 6 week check and clearance from your doctor or obstetrician, the post-natal component of the program begins.

Not only do we slowly re-introduce the body back into movement, re-build strength and stretch we also have that little moment of time for yourselves.

All of the yoga flows are around 20 minutes long, so perfect for when your little babe is sleeping!
