Saltbush Mumma

Your pre/post-natal pregnancy program.

As a mumma myself, I know first-hand about the benefits of movement during pregnancy, consistent pelvic floor exercises and fueling my body with goodness (well apart from copious amounts of Allens Snakes in Trimester 1).

I’d love to be a part of your pregnancy journey from Week 13, until the post-natal recovery period.

Saltbush Stretch is your yoga and pilates studio, dedicated to rural and regional women of the bush. No matter whereabouts you are located!

I am so excited to share my love of the bush, yoga, pilates and everything in-between.

From our ever growing online community The Saltbush Squad (AKA, your yoga and pilates studio from home), or local classes within the Riverina. I am just so passionate about bringing movement to the bush!

Very much looking forward to moving again and stretching out. All of that breastfeeding certainly takes its toll on my posture.
