I have been having heaps of trouble sleeping lately. Last night I did a slow flow before bed, and I actually slept. I love yoga and am on the Saltbush bandwagon now.
Internet here isn’t great so I love that I can download a SS flow and have it with me forever and can jump on my mat and flow whenever I need to.
I love being a Saltbush Mumma. Pregnancy really does stiffen you up, so good to stretch it out.
