We are beyond excited to finally launch something super special inside The Saltbush Squad — our brand new 6-Week Beginner Mat Pilates Guide is officially LIVE on Monday 2nd June… and trust us, you’re going to want to be a part of the goodness.
SO WHAT IS IT?
This guide is for all the bush babes who want to feel strong, grounded, and confident — on and off the mat. Whether you’re totally new to Pilates or looking to reconnect with your movement, this is your go-to for building strength and mobility without the overwhelm.
We get that most of you can’t access The Studio (including me most of the time)…so I can’t wait to roll out the mat with you, bring on the good Saltbush vibes and spend the next 6 weeks together, slowly and graduating building confidence and the best version of yourself.


HOW IT WORKS
- 6 weeks of beginner-friendly mat Pilates delivered through The Saltbush Squad
- Each week builds gently, helping you feel more confident in your movement and
stronger in your body - Move at your own pace, from anywhere – we’ve designed it to be supportive, simple, and realistic (all videos are pre-recorded), so you can watch them anytime
- There will be a 6 week plan, and a guide for you to follow along with, and we only want you to have to learn and move with is 3 times a week – the perfect starting point!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Just a mat to begin with – that’s it!
- But from Week 5, we spice things up by adding ankle or hand weights.. No weights? No worries! Grab a couple of pantry cans or water bottles and you’re
set. - Want a little extra spice? Throw in a booty band if you have one!
- Or if you want all of the gear, jump onto the Saltbush Stretch website and we’ll sort
you out


This guide isn’t about smashing yourself or chasing “perfection” — it’s about showing up, tuning in, and building trust in your body. Expect feel-good flows, a few spicy moments, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
We’ll be rolling through each week together inside The Saltbush Squad, so you’ll have support and community cheering you on. Plus, get that you don’t have someone physically telling you “lift you leg, draw your tummy in, slow down etc”, so this guide really is so beneficial to getting your form and technique correct so you have the confidence to do things correctly from home.
