The faces of the winners of our Saltbush Sista Challenge, the duo from Booroorban and One Tree, Hay NSW, the beautiful Annabel and Emma. Bel is a mum of two little legends living on the land, about 40 kms north of Hay out at One Tree and Em, well she’s the same, a bush babe 40 kms south of Hay in Booroorban (minus the two kids, well depends if you count the dogs or not).
Challenge is officially done and dusted! You chicks have smashed it as usual! It’s just been so wholesome to watch you connect with new friends, old friends, whoever it has been, just so heart warming to see our Saltbush family to just keep becoming closer and closer.
We have had little Sista duos from Merriwagga to Melbourne, Queensland to Tassie, Emerald to Sydney.. Distance is nothing these day, with technology and everything around us we don’t need to make excuses that the ones we love are “too far away”.
We chatted to Em and Bel to ask them all about them and their time doing the Challenge, so read along to connect with the two queens of the land..
All About Annabel..
Annabel, 28, is a Mum of two gorgeous littlies just out of Hay at One Tree. She is a Pilates babe but has really enjoyed trying some more yoga to get a little more bendy – go Bel, we love!
Who is your Saltbush Sista and why is she special to you? Emma McCrabb – I’m blessed to have had Emma in my life over over 16 years now! We met on day 1 of boarding school in 2008 and followed each other through school, then university. She is even responsible for me meeting my now husband and father of my two children.
What has been the best part of the challenge? Finding movement everyday and having someone to keep you accountable.
Why is The Squad important to you? The Saltbush Squad gives everyone, everywhere to access to high quality classes. I love that they are quick and easy to fit in around the kids.
All About Emma..
Emma, 28, a bush legend from out at Booroorban. Em is a real lover of both Pilates and Yoga, we love that blanace!
Who is your Saltbush Sista and why is she special to you? Annabel Hannah.. Oh gosh, where to start. We’ve been friends since we were 12. She’s been there for it all, and in every stage of life her friendship is unwavering. I feel very lucky to have her.
What has been the best part of the challenge? This has by far been the most consistent crack I’ve had at a challenge, and I think all the credit for that goes to Bel. I’m not sure she realises how effective the message each day was to get me into gear!
Why is The Squad important to you? I love that Saltbush Stretch is something I can do anytime, anywhere. So I’ve got no excuses! Nothing beats a slow flow to stretch out the kinks after rattling around on a motorbike all day. And the squad community is incredible, and I love the buy in and excitement that comes with being a part of this community.
If that little read doesn’t put a smile on your face, I don’t know what will. We are lead busy lives, we have just loved that you have all made an effort this time, no matter what is going on, to move, check in with your Sista and keep each other accountable.
I hope this challenge inspires you to keep making time for the special people in your lives.
Big love. The Saltbush Team xx
