It’s time to hit the reset button with Get Your Groove Back 2.0 

We know you lot LOVE a challenge at this time of the year, and what better way to kick off the first movement challenge of 2025 then to bring back one of your favourites, but give it a facelift, make it better and pretty much give you exactly what you need at this time of the year!

GET YOUR GROOVE BACK 2.0

Over the Challenge period, starting Monday 3rd February, we’ll guide you through a mix of our Saltbush Style Yoga and Pilates that’ll have you feeling more groovy, fit, fabulous and ready to tackle whatever life throws at you.

We all know that it takes time to GET YOUR GROOVE BACK, hence why a 21 day challenge is right up your alley and what we think is the perfect time frame to unlock your groove again. Whether you’ve been feeling sluggish, out of balance, or disconnected from your own body, we promise, this challenge is exactly what will help you find your flow again.

The Saltbush Squad – How It Will Look

This time, our challenge is broken into 3 weeks, there is method to our madness! 

Week 1: ‘We’re ALL in this Together’

We have created the perfect mix of yoga and pilates for you this week. We want to challenge you to stick with us and tick off each day. These flows are all 20 mins! Short, sweet and exactly what the bodies need.

Week 2: ‘Find Your Groove – When We Start To Fall Off The Wagon’

This week, we are letting you Squad babes “find your groove” or “pick your poison”. This will be for every day. It gives you a chance to find what movement you’d like or need instead of falling off the wagon for the rest of the challenge (yes, it totally happens! You’re not the only one).

Week 3: ‘We’ve Got Our Groove Back – Let’s Finish Strong’

Okay – we are getting back into routine. We’ve got our groove BACK and we are ready for the final 7 days to finish strong. You’ve got this queen! More details in your Squad email to come – watch the inbox 😉

The Saltbush Studio – How It Will Look

Studio babes, we know you are ready to Get Your Groove Back too. 

We know it can be difficult for most of you to get to the studio all the time, we will have a studio challenge card for you to tick off the 21 days as we go, So whether it’s yoga or pilates, a walk, run, bike ride or swim, we want you to do whatever fills your cup or what your body needs.

There will be a monthly discount code for the Studio babes, to join the Squad and challenge you to get on the mat everyday with our online studio babes

Some of us are still in holiday mode, some of us have only had a few days break and some of us have just started to get back to routine. So whatever stage you’re at babe, we are getting your groove back!

Things To Remember..

Consistency is Key: It’s about showing up every day. Even if you only have 10 minutes, the time you spend on your mat will make a difference.

Listen to Your Body: If something feels off, modify the moves. The goal is to feel better, not strain your body.

Stay Positive: This challenge is not just physical—it’s an opportunity to shift your mindset t keep the vibes high.

Getting your groove back isn’t about perfection or ticking all the boxes – it’s about tuning into what feels good for you. Let go of the pressure to keep up with anyone else. Movement can be a powerful way to reconnect with yourself, but it’s just as important to listen to what you need.

We are so stoked you are joining us for another year on the mat and reformer, we are so grateful for our beautiful Saltbush community. 

So chicks, it’d now time to Get Your Groove Back.. no matter where you’ve been or how you’ve felt, try to be consistent, and do what feels good for you. Each stretch, breath, and movement will bring you closer to getting that GROOVE BACK. You’ve got this – your groove is calling, and it’s time to answer.
