I’m not sure about you, but I am feeling bloody proud to be writing this (at the end of our 30 day challenge)! So, I hope you are proud of yourself too (even if you haven’t quite finished yet)…so if that’s you…keep going Saltbush babes!
This was the longest challenge to date so far within The Saltbush Squad and I honestly hope that you bloody loved it! As I have harped on about this pre and during the challenge, winter can be a weird time…lacking sunshine vibes, harder to get our asses out of bed, motivation being a little lower and YES…the legs are in some serious need of moisturiser.
But for the first time (in a lot of winters) I feel more energised, motivated and supported not only on the mat but off the mat too, which was exactly my plan for YOU…but also for myself too (so glad I pulled it off) HAHA!
I know you have all been challenged in different ways, but overall, I hope that you have loved the mix! It’s always a hard one as there are so many Squad babes who are just die-hard yogis and other Squad babes who only want that Pilates burn!
So, I hope you have been challenged to do something out of your comfort zone and you have re-connected to something that you might have just pushed to the back burner for a while.
Just some reflection for yourself…what was your favourite part of the challenge?
- Yoga and Pilates
- Goal workshops
- Inspiring us to get creative in the kitchen
- Finding that book we keep avoiding at night
- And getting out in nature with a walk/run

Over the next week, I will be sharing some of our Squad babe’s favourite elements of the challenge and how they are going to continue their high vibes now that the challenge has ended. Because the last thing we want is for you to just stop! We want to instil all those little changes and habits in our everyday life, to be the best version of ourselves!
As today is the last day of the challenge – take the weekend to go back and find one of your fave flows from the challenge and have a good old rest on Sunday! Ready to fire up on Monday and get back into our weekly planner – or head back to the start of one of your favourite challenges!
And finally, your emails will go back to a Sunday morning (just one email per week)…to help you feel inspired and to set yourself up for a fabulous week ahead! So, stay tuned for that…
And lastly, Caz, Sal and myself will be getting together and picking the winner for the @merrypeople gumboots (goal workshop) and the 6-month subscription to @thehomesteadpantrybox…(the most creative in the kitchen)
So stay tuned for Thursday 6th July! And may the odds ever be in your favourite
(hopefully you’ll have more luck winning this than trying to get Taylor Swift tickets) 😂
Big love. Em xx
