With the studio opening date just around the corner (stay tuned for that)! I am so excited to announce that the beautiful Mollie will be joining the wild Saltbush Stretch team as a Reformer Pilates instructor.

Mollie will start teaching when the studio is open for physical classes but stay tuned for Mol also jumping into the online community in The Saltbush Squad in 2024!

Mol, Han and I have all been working hard BTS practice teaching, learning, renovating, and working as an amazing team before we have even opened our physical doors. Mol is the BIGGEST legend I know you will all love her!

But enough about me and a little more about Mol…

Mol and I actually went to primary school together right here in my hometown of Hay! Mol had a few years on me so we weren’t really friends at school, but have now become great mates all through the gift of movement we are all so grateful to be connected through.

Mol has two beautiful boys and a rocking hubby who is a plumber! Mol also is a registered nurse and loves all things anatomy and movement, especially with helping women move their bodies post-baby and re-building strength to feel confident on and off the reformer bed.

Mol’s love of movement

Mol had a total lifestyle change after her second baby. Losing a whopping 18.5kg with hard work, dedication and commitment. Mol first found love at the gym, in particualr weights taining, which maybe why she is drawn to the reformer (hello springs)!.

I am excited for Mol to bring her love of movement through strength training, her nursing background and just all-time legend vibes to the Saltbush studio and later in 2024 online via The Saltbush Squad.

Mol has been studying online via Barre Body (same course as me) and the reformers will arrive in the studio this week (so stay tuned for that)! YAY! And she also has an interest in completing other trainings in the future, so I can’t wait to see what Mol brings to the table in the future.

And finally I asked Mol, what it’s like to be a part of the Saltbush Stretch family in a few words…this is what she had to say:

“I love being a part of the Saltbush Stretch family, I’m surrounded by strong and inspiring bush babes that encourage and support each other to be the best version of themselves. It’s such a fun, loving environment and I’m so grateful and excited to be here!!”

And you can show Mol some love over on her new Instagram page and follow along with her journey to @move.with.mol

I hope you are as excited as I am to welcome Mol into the Saltbush teaching family and please make her feel welcome! Stay tuned for more moves with Mol soon!

Big love. Em xx
