With the days getting a little longer, sunshine on the horizon and Spring just around the corner I wanted to bring new flows, motivation, high vibes and a good old Saltbush “stretch” and burn” to your living rooms to get us through the last slog of winter, so we are feeling FUNKY, FRESH and FABULOUS heading into Spring! AKA, to get that spring back in your step (excuse the pun)!!
So, Caz and I are excited to bring you “SALTBUSH TO SPRING” a 21-day movement challenge plus one personal goal each week of the challenge to work towards to inspire, motivate, and to be the best version of yourself from the inside out!
Each challenge that we do, our aim is to hopefully:
- Encourage better habits (on and off the mat)
- Encourage positive self-talk (because we can all get inside our own heads at times)
- And FFF (feel fucking fabulous)
This challenge will consist of six flows per week (three yoga flows and 3 pilates flows) and one day per week to rest or to get outdoors and feel that Spring air that’s just around the corner.
Duration of the Challenge
The challenge will be 21 days consisting of 18 days of movement with the other three days dedicated to rest or free days to find the mat again, get outdoors or maybe work on something that fills up your cup!
What You’ll Need
We are keeping things super simple in this challenge with no equipment needed for our yoga flows and only our pilates ball and ankle weights to add a little extra spring spice to our flows!
- Mat - (or a towel will do the trick)
- Pilates Ball (don't underestimate the pilates ball 🔥)
- Ankle Weights - (to feel the extra burn)
